THE STUDIO

We think Âme Pilates is pretty special and we hope you do too! We are a studio for everyone where everyone is welcome and we love you all to have the same warm fuzzies we have when we see you 🧡 We love making our clients feel welcomed, included and listened to. We’re here to make you feel amazing and not just with our ripper classes.

We are a boutique pilates studio which enables us to tailor classes and programs to individual needs. Being a smaller space is not our only our flex, we have incredible teachers. We all come with professional knowledge of the pilates practice from a variety of training organisations. A number of our teacher hold the qualification 11332NAT Diploma in Professional Pilates. This is an AQF Level 5 qualification that provides comprehensive training in Pilates method concepts, covering matwork and studio apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels) as well as extensive personal development training such as Scolio-Pilates, Teen Reformer and so much more. And we love learning so we can continue to up your pilates game. If we learn, you learn! YAY!

Our timetable offers everything from the world of pilates with 30 + group classes per week and many more being added to the timetable over the coming months. We will also be introducing special pop up events, challenges and maybe even some Yoga 🧡
