Booking your classes

All class and appointment bookings are made through Momence. We love Momence!

Firstly create an account if you don’t already have one:

This will take you through to our timetable, memberships, class packs and appointments WOO!

The easiest way to manager your bookings with us is through the Momence app

All appointment bookings requite a 20% deposit which will be deducted from your saved payment details in Momence 12 hours before the appointment start time.

What to bring

Pilates can be thirsty work so please bring a water bottle. We have a water dispenser if you are a water chugger and need a top up. A gym towel is often a good idea, but not essential. Pilates socks are a must! Not just because they are so snazzy, but because they give you the grip you need on the equipment. We all love a great pair of pilates socks and if we’re honest, we can’t help ourselves and buy way too many. We have pilates socks available to buy at the studio if it’s your first time, forget yours…or just fancy a new pair.

Parking

Our address is Unit 1, 2874 Albany Highway Kelmscott.

Please aim to park in front of our studio so our lovely neighbours still love us and you. We know spaces can be limited and with no allocated parking bays, it can be tricky. Soon you will be able to park at the back of the studio once we have everything set up.

When you arrive

Welcome! Come in and have a seat and get ready for your class by packing away your personal items in a basket and get those pilates socks on. And don’t forget to have a little browse of our merch.

It’s likely there will still be a class in progress so please arrive quietly while the class continues.

Please check yourself in to your class on the iPad at the front of the studio. If you need help, the instructor will give you hand when they are available.

To ensure you get the most out of your session, please put all devises on silent so you can totally throw yourself into the class without any distractions.

Your first class

Thanks a million for coming along to Âme Pilates! We’re stoked to have you with us!
When you arrive, just let your instructor know you’re new to the world of pilates or it’s your first class with us (even though they will already know as Momence tells us EVERYTHING).

If you are new and don’t know one end of a reformer to the other, they will talk you through all the things which you will definitely forget once the class starts haha! But don’t panic, we’re there to guide you all the way.

Little ones

We love our studio to be a place where all our clients can fully indulge in their class and the space and for this reason, we would like to advise that children are not permitted in the studio during classes.

We understand this is tough (believe me I know!) so if you find yourself with your little one in tow with no other option, please message me with as much notice as possible to discuss.

Late Cancellations

We totally understand that life gets in the way of your pilates at times which is annoying…it happens to us! Any cancellations within 12 hours of the class or appointment start time will be deemed a Late Cancellation. This means you will forfeit your class credit for group classes and 20% deposit for private appointments.

No-Show Bookings

Again we totally understand that stuff comes up at very last minute and we all forget to do our life admin and cancel ourselves out of our pilates classes. We are a boutique studio with limited spaces which we know you LOVE, so to keep it like that we need to try and give everyone the opportunity to jump into a fully booked class if there is a space.

No-Shows to classes will incur a $15 fee on top of forfeiting your class credit. This will be automated through Momence and charged to the payment details you have saved in your Momence account.

Waitlists

We love our waitlists and they are great way to try and sneak into a class that looks fully booked. Waitlists are set cut off 1 hour before the class start time so you could get the call up by SMS up to an hour before. Please try and manager your waitlisted classes remove yourself if you get into another class or can longer make it, but if you find you have missed one and get added in at the last minute, please message me and I will do all the admin things.

Membership Freezes/Pauses

Any of our Weekly Memberships can be frozen at any time. Please give us a heads up 14 days in advance of your billing cycle of your freeze dates and we will action this in Momence for you.

(Freeze periods are not included in your minimum membership terms)

Membership Cancellations

All weekly memberships are subject to a minimum term of 12 weeks from the date of your first class with us.

If you would like to cancel your membership, please email hello@amepilates.com.au. We’ll send you a confirmation email so you know it’s all been done…and we will miss you, but we totally understand.

Cancellation of memberships require 14 days notice by email.

Credits/Refunds/Transfers

All memberships, packs, casual bookings and Intro offers and non-refundable.

All weekly memberships, class packs, Intro offers or casual bookings are non-transferable from one individual to another.

Class credits have a 28 day expiry. So make sure you use those credits for extra classes. Expiry date extensions are not permitted.

Expiry date extensions or freezes are not permitted on class packs.

Our Intro offers are for new clients and a one-time offer.

All memberships/subscriptions have a 7-day cooling-off period in line with Consumer Protection WA legislation.
